Look through this list and a pattern shows up. Almost none of it is straightforward. Venues that could not close, coastal buildings fighting salt air, schools with fixed opening dates, downtown sites with no staging area, occupied buildings being strengthened underneath the people using them.
That is the work we are set up for. Simple steel on an open pad is a commodity, and plenty of shops can supply it. Steel that has to arrive at a specific hour, fit an existing condition that nobody documented and look right when a guest stands next to it is a different business.
